The Cleveland Cavaliers are having an impressive performance in the ongoing regular season. As expected, they are currently at the top of the Eastern Conference division holding a 28-9 win-loss record. But some observed that they still lack depth on their roster and recent reports are saying that they have Andrew Bogut under their radar as one potential target.

The Cavs are anticipated to enter the postseason with ease as they are playing like a well-oiled machine just like they did last year. And a return to the NBA Finals is highly probable as they are primed to defend the title this season. But LeBron James already pronounced that if they want to retain their title, they should continue to improve and upgrade their roster.

And now, aside from point guard spot that they'd like to enhance, the Cavaliers are said to be looking for a big man to toughen and support their interior defense. According to King James Gospel, though the Cavs as one of the best team in the NBA, they still have gap on their roster that needed to be filled up.

And one hole that is needed to be fill is the Cavs interior defense as they are one of the worst teams in the league when it comes to protecting the rim. And one name that should be under the Cavs' consideration is Andrew Bogut who is known for his shot blocking abilities. Having Bogut will surely add a new dimension to the Cavs roster and further shore up their frontcourt in the process.

Bogut will also give the Cavaliers an able backup to Tristan Thompson as a reliever while he is still learning the system. Aside from his inside presence, one report suggest that the Cavs should take advantage of having Bogut on their roster.

According to iSportsTimes, the Cavs will definitely benefit from having Bogut in their lineup as he can be a big instrument of defeating again the Golden State Warriors in a potential finals rematch this year. Bogut is very familiar with Warriors game plan and strategy before he was traded to the Dallas Mavericks last summer. His knowledge will be very useful to the Cavs aspiration of winning the title again.

Will the Cleveland Cavaliers be able to pull off a trade with the Dallas Mavericks to get the services of Andre Bogut?
