Inclement weather stood in the way of the second round of the 2015 British Open. Heavy rain caused play to be delayed for three-and-a-half hours.

Despite being unable to finish his round, Dustin Johnson remains atop the leaderboard. Danny Willett sits one stroke behind, while Retief Goosen, Paul Lawrie and seven others are tied for third. Tom Watson said goodbye in what will be the final Open of his professional career.

Below is a recap of the second day's events.

What They're Saying

Danny Willett (via The Open): "I've had two really solId rounds of golf. I'd say the key was the way I have played the back nine. I have hit some solid shots and haven't put myself in too much trouble or in too much stress. To be two-under-par [over the two rounds] for the back nine is pretty good golf."

Adam Scott (via The Open): "I'd be delighted to be sitting here having won The Open, but I'm going to have to work for it. It looks like being extremely challenging tomorrow. The holes we get to play could just be a grind."

Tiger Woods

It's going to take a resurgent seven holes for Tiger Woods to make the cut. The former world No. 1 is now 5-over par after 11 holes. With the cut likely to be at even, his stay at the Old Course will be a brief one.
