PGA Tour Live Stream Free Online: John Deere Classic 2015, Tee Times and Jordan Spieth Update

The first round of the 2015 John Deere Classic will be played on Thursday. The event being held at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois is receiving premier coverage from the Golf Channel. A free live stream scheduled for 4 p.m. ET can be found here.

Jordan Spieth

Despite the British open being just one week away, Jordan Spieth opted to skip a trip to Scotland and feature in the event that launched his PGA Tour career. Spieth won the John Deere Classic in 2013 at the tender age of 19.

"I'm here because I believe I can win this week," the two-time Major champion said (via Denver Post). "I believe it's advantageous for me to try and win this week."

"It doesn't matter where it is," he added. "When I get over there, whether I play well or I don't play well, it has nothing to do with what I did the week before. I will certainly have enough energy. I will certainly have enough rest, and I will be as prepared as I can be."

And prepared he will be according to Dustin Johnson.

"He stuck with his commitment, which is very honorable," Johnson said. "At the same time, there has only been so many guys in so many years who've won the first two majors, and there's a lot of pressure on him. I applaud him."
