Rachel Uchitel, one of the women tied to Tiger Woods in the sex scandal that led to the dissolution of his marriage, is now herself getting a divorce, according to Us Weekly.

San Francisco insurance executive and former Penn State fullback Matt Hahn cited "cruel and inhumane treatment" in filing for divorce on June 10, TMZ reported.

In a statement, representatives for Uchitel told Us Weekly: "It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media. No further details of the action are being released at this time by Ms. Uchitel."

Uchitel was deep in the spotlight in late 2009 after she emerged as one of the women closest to Woods among the several he was rumored to have had an affair with. She later was also linked to actor David Boreanaz.

Uchitel and Hahn were married in October 2011, in a small but intimate ceremony. The couple had a daughter nearly a little more than a year later. The marriage was Uchitel's second, and she was also previously engaged to a Wall Street investment banker named James Andrew O'Grady, who was killed in the 9-11 World Trade Center attacks.

Uchitel also appeared on the VH1 reality show Celebrity Rehab last year, where she openly talked about her longtime drug addiction.
