Rumors have circulated once again that WWE Diva AJ Lee may be looking to leave the company after this Sunday's TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs now that her husband CM Punk has officially joined UFC.

WWE SmackDown Spoilers for Friday

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that there are people in the WWE who believe that Lee will be leaving the organization after Sunday's TLC event live from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. Lee is slated to face Nikki Bella for the WWE Divas Championship at the event.

It has not been confirmed that Lee is departing the company, but there is some speculation that she may opt to leave. This same speculation popped up last month when there were rumors she may leave the WWE either after Survivor Series -- which obviously didn't happen -- or following TLC.

WWE Tribute To The Troops Spoilers For Dec. 17

There was some talk backstage after Monday's special Slammy Awards edition of RAW that Lee's acceptance speech for her Diva of the Year Slammy Award was her way of saying goodbye to the WWE Universe. If her departure turns out to be true, her speech Monday could turn out to be her farewell.

Lee is married to Punk, who walked out on the WWE in January amid his frustration over having to work hurt and the way he was being booked. Lee took time off from April-June after the two were engaged in order to move in with the "Best in the World" in Chicago and the two tied the knot in June.

Punk said on his groundbreaking appearance on Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling podcast recently that he received his termination papers from the WWE in the mail on his wedding day to Lee.

Lee returned to the WWE in June and has been the focal point of the Divas division ever since while Punk has remained out of the WWE picture altogether.

The three-time Divas Champion recently dropped the belt to Bella in a 35-second match at the Survivor Series. The WWE hasn't buried Lee despite its problems with Punk, but it has to be an uncomfortable situation for the Diva.

Lee was by Punk's side Saturday night when he announced at UFC 181 in Las Vegas that he has officially signed with UFC and will make his debut in the octagon in six or seven months.

Lee then tweeted about how proud she was and how gracious president Dana White and the UFC were as hosts to them before tweeting that she had to travel to South Carolina for RAW because she has to "pay the bills."

It remains to be seen if Lee will in fact walk out, but with the hostility between the WWE and her husband Punk, the Diva could be put in a rough position.
