WWE giving CM Punk 'middle finger' with Daniel Bryan push?
Punk was on the program to discuss Sunday night's new episode of The Walking Dead as a guest on the program that follows the ratings hit zombie drama.
It was Punk's first television appearance since the news broke that he stormed out on the company on Jan. 27 prior to a live Monday Night RAW telecast due to frustration over the way he has been used in WWE storylines over the last couple of years as well as burnout.
CM Punk wrong to appear on Talking Dead in breach of his WWE contract?
Punk was rumored to face Triple H at WrestleMania XXX on April 6 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, however now that he has left Daniel Bryan has been slotted to take on "The Game" at the biggest show of the year.
Punk was reportedly upset about the fact that he wasn't able to main event a WrestleMania pay-per-view in his career prior to his contract expiring this July. With his chances to fulfill his dream in the main event fleeting, it appeared to be the final straw as Punk stormed out of the company.

Punk was also upset that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Batista returned from long stints away from the company and were able to main event WrestleMania the last couple of years. The WWE has reportedly chosen to add the stipulation that if Bryan beats Triple H he joins Batista and Randy Orton in the main event for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania as a way to spite Punk for walking out.
The WWE was upset over the fact that Punk appeared on Talking Dead by flying all the way to Los Angeles while he couldn't be bothered to show up to the Chicago RAW episode in his hometown on March 3 to work things out with the WWE.
While Punk appeared on Talking Dead Sunday night, the "Best in the World" likely won't be returning to WWE television anytime soon.
