Samsung Galaxy S8 Update: IRIS Scanner, Slick Design, All New AI and Much More

Samsung is planning to come up with its flagship Smartphone device, the Galaxy S8, very soon. The S8 is said to be one of the most awaited devices of 2017. Samsung has a lot of hopes pinned of it. All eyes remain on Samsung as it prepares its much-anticipated Galaxy S8 launch. While there isn't too much that the South-Korean tech giant has shared themselves, there are enough leaks and speculations regarding the upcoming Galaxy S8 device that keeps the fans pinned on.

Galaxy S8 is reported to come up with the most advanced technology from Samsung. S8 might come equipped with optical fingerprint recognition. If this report is believed to be true then the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be the first Samsung device to receive such a feature. WSJ quoted Samsung's VP for mobile communications as saying that fans can expect a slick design, improved camera as well as an enhanced AI service along with the speculated Samsung Galaxy S8. The company might also mark IRIS scanner in the flagship device.

Deccan Chronicle published a report recently claims that the Galaxy S8 might come without a home button. This particular feature is quite debated upon as this may put the S8 in direct competition with the iPhone 8 as even the latter device is expected to come without a home button.

Venture Beat pointed out that there might two different Galaxy S8 models that may be in the offing. One will be a 5.8-inch, smaller and cheaper version while the other will be a 6.2-inch, bigger and more expensive model for the Samsung fans.

As far as the camera specification of the Galaxy S8 Smartphone is concerned, the device may feature an 8MP front camera along with improved image quality, low-light performance and speed. There might also be additional built-in object recognition specifications that may come along with the more expensive version of the Galaxy S8.
