Update On Randy Orton's Status For Survivor Series And Plans For The Tag Team Championships

It appears as though Randy Orton will not take part in the Survivor Series event from his hometown of St. Louis at the Scottrade Center on Nov. 23 while the WWE is possibly planning a multi-team bout for the Tag Team Championships.
