Carlos Beltran Robs Grand Slam [VIDEO] In World Series Game 1, Hurts Ribs: Can Beltran Play In Game 2?

After 16 seasons, St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Carlos Beltran finally got to the World Series, but unfortunately the slugger, he only lasted two innings before having to leave due to an injury. Beltran robbed David Ortiz of what would have been a grand slam with a spectacular catch over the right-field wall in the bottom of the second inning in Game 1 of the best-of-seven series at Fenway Park, but crashed right into the wall with his ribs and eventually had to leave the game.
