Lamar Odom's name is now being used as the street word for forms of cocaine.

The 34-year-old NBA veteran has publicly struggled with drug addiction over the years, including last summer when a self-professed "dealer to the stars" claimed the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award winner and two-time champion was spending upward of $800 a day on crack cocaine and other drugs.

Now in Spain to play in a Spanish pro league there, Odom is now also infamously being saluted in a new single from Rick Ross' record label entitled Lamar Odom.

According to TMZ, the artist behind the song is Maybach Music Group member Whole Slab and the song is seriously riddled with "crack overtones."

"Lamar Odom is now the street word for that illegal white substance," Slab told TMZ. "Rick inspired me and guided me through the making of my album. Lamar Odom is my first single and we're going to shoot a video for it."

Chance are there will be no shortage of material. Besides the drug history, Odom has also been dogged by widespread allegations of chronic infidelity and is now in the midst of a messy divorce from reality TV wife Khloe Kardashian.

Kardashian cited irreconcilable differences in the divorce petition she filed last December. Odom also pleaded guilty to DUI earlier this year, for which he was sentenced to probation.
