Dwight Howard has grown so tired of talking about his L.A. Lakers experience and his ex teammates he's taken to feigning sleep in order to change the subject.
Howard's Houston Rockets host the Lakers sans Kobe Bryant on Wednesday, but when a reporter recently asked him about the upcoming battle he titled his head as if he were napping in order to change the subject.
ProBasketballTalk.com adds after Howard finally "woke up" he held his hands over his face as yet another expression of just how tired he has grow of the subject.
Howard bolted L.A. and the chance to play with Bryant again over the summer despite they offered him some $40 million more than the maximum he was able to sign with the Rockets for.
In his one L.A. season, Howard openly expressed his frustrations of playing in coach Mike D'Antoni's uptempo system and the fact that much of the offense ran through Bryant. Several media outlets even reported Howard went as far as to demand the team waive Bryant through the league's amnesty clause as a means of appeasing him.
