The Minnesota Timberwolves managed to take care of business at home last night, forcing a pivotal Game 7 during their dominant 115-70 win over the Denver Nuggets.
The Wolves offense came alive when they needed it most, blowing the Nuggets out by 45 points and scoring the second most points by any team facing elimination.
With Game 7 set for Sunday, here are some major takeaways from last night's game heading into the winner-take-all matchup.

Ant-Man Blowing Up
Anthony Edwards does it again.
Edwards dropped a game-high 27 points and 3 steals against the Nuggets, as he led the charge offensively and defensively in last night's game.
He continued to pour it on all night, putting in another standout playoffs performance for the two time All-Star.
Other Minnesota players stepped up too, as the Timberwolves offense in general was red hot.
Jaden McDaniels was highly efficient, shooting 8 for 10 on the floor for 21 points. In his return, Mike Conley had 13 points and 5 assists, and Naz Reed had a double off the bench with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Low Scoring Nuggets

The Timberwolves managed to hold the Denver Nuggets to a franchise-low 70 points last night.
The Nuggets shot an abysmal 30.2% from the floor and their two stars, Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, felt the wrath of the T-Wolves' smothering defense in Game 6, which has been a difference-maker throughout the series for the Wolves.
After posting 40 in Game 5, Jokic had 22 points on 9-19 shooting and Murray had only 10 points on 4-18 shooting.
The Timberwolves' defensive plan to neutralize the Nuggets' star duo has been highly effective. Throwing double teams at both stars, forcing Jokic to quickly choose between being a passer or scorer and forcing Murray to miss shots regularly.

Both teams have had some of the best performances in the postseason thus far, as the Timberwolves' approach to rattling Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic should continue if they have any hope of claiming a Game 7 victory.

With the series now tied three a piece, the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Denver Nuggets will battle in the series deciding Game 7.
For the Timberwolves, it would be the franchise's first trip back to the Western Conference Finals since 2004 during the KG era.
The Nuggets will be competing in their second Conference Finals showing in three years, where they last swept the Los Angeles Lakers to advance to the NBA Finals.
