The Boston Celtics may find themselves uneasy despite being on the verge of advancing to the Eastern Conference Semifinals after winning Game 4 of their first-round series against the Miami Heat, 102-88, to take a 3-1 series lead on Monday, April 29, at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.

Celtics star Kristaps Porzingis suffered a non-contact injury to his right leg, signaling potential trouble that could indicate the dreaded Achilles rupture.

However, there is temporary relief, as early indications suggest that the 28-year-old has not incurred an Achilles injury, according to league insider Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The Latvian center is scheduled to undergo imaging on Tuesday, April 30, to determine the full extent of his injury.
