According to an insider, the New England Patriots have reportedly made up their mind regarding the future of Bill Belichick.
As per Tom E. Curran, the Pats and Belichick will part ways once the 2023-24 NFL season comes to a close. He shared this on NBC Sports Boston's "Arbella Early Edition" program on Monday, December 11.
"When they came out of Germany, conversations I had that week made it very clear that a decision was made. And they were going to play out the string, and at the end of the year there would be a parting of the ways, for a variety of reasons," Curran said.

Belichick is under contract for another year, although it appears it will end sooner than scheduled.
With New England struggling to start a new era since the departure of Tom Brady, Belichick got all the chances to turn the flailing Patriots.
When was Belichick's fate sealed?
The Patriots have not been a great team to watch, struggling to score this season. They have managed to rack up only 169 points, the fewest in the league next to the Carolina Panthers.
While this may be why the Pats may be pulling the plug on Belichick, Curran bats that multiple ugly games sealed the six-time Super Bowl champion coach's fate.
"The Germany game, the Commanders game, the Saints game. All huge, marquee games, and then there was the Chargers game after that," the scribe said via SI.com.
The Patriots still have unfinished business this season as they wind up their schedule. New England is scheduled to face the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 15 on Sunday, December 17.
The Patriots are 9.5-point spread underdogs against the Chiefs. The Moneyline is +363 for New England and -476 for Kansas City per BetMGM via USA Today.
