The NBA's official website released its annual survey for the upcoming 2023-24 season, featuring input from all 30 of the league's general managers, who have selected the top players in each respective position.
Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors maintained his position as the NBA's premier point guard, according to 63 percent of the general managers. This marks his ninth consecutive year at the top, a streak that began in the 2015-16 survey.
Meanwhile, the league's best shooting guard title went to Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns. This year, 63 percent of the general managers endorsed him for the role, marking a notable increase from 45 percent in the previous year, in which he was also the leader.

In the small forward category, there's a new leader as Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics claimed the title of the best in this position. Tatum secured the approval of 47 percent of the league's executives, dethroning Kevin Durant of the Phoenix Suns, who had held the position last year.
