Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders is drawing a lot of attention, and it is not hard to see why. After leading the Buffs to a 3-0 start, it is hardly surprising that coaches of opposing teams he faces have something to say about him.
Coach Prime has received proverbial shots from opposing coaches for three consecutive weeks. Deion Sanders is pretty much aware of it, although he claims he is not counting it, USA Today reported.
Sanders got notable swipes from Oregon coach Dan Lanning and Jay Norvell of Colorado State. The 56-year-old responded to their proverbial jabs in the classiest way he could.

"Everybody has a tremendous gift from God, and I'm happy for them, especially if they've made it to this level," Sanders said of these coaches.
"I'm happy for all these coaches. I don't know what it is, but I know coach Saban, these coaches that we're about to play this weekend (USC), they're not built like that. They're very successful. They ain't got time to do certain things. They're very successful men, and I respect the heck out of them. So some things they won't do that others probably would."
Prepping for USC
The Buffaloes are set to take on another heavyweight in the USC Trojans this coming weekend. With Travis Hunter still questionable to play, Coach Prime needs to find a suitable replacement to shore up their defense.
That guy could be Cormani McClain, a highly-touted five-star prospect who is currently listed as third on the depth chart, Fox News reported.
McClain could prove his worth if he steps up. For that to happen, Sanders issued some friendly advice to the Colorado freshman.
"Study and prepare. Be on time for meetings, show up to meetings. Understand what we're doing as a scheme. Want to play this game. Desire to play this game. Desire to be the best in this game, at practice, in film room and on your own," Coach Prime stated.
