Justin Gaethje wasted no time plotting the next storyline of his career after shading Conor McGregor a few moments after his victory in a rematch with Dustin Poirier at UFC 291.
The current BMF champion's KO of Poirier would have been a sufficient point of discussion because of how impressive it was, but it got sidetracked by his comment on the ever-controversial McGregor.
"I like to fight big fights, so it sounds pretty exciting to me. I'm not gonna fight someone on steroids," Gaethje said post-fight.
"I've never taken steroids in my life, never will ... and I don't want to fight someone that's cheating. And I probably shouldn't say that if I want the fight, but it's the truth."

People instantly caught on to who the American fighter was alluding to, as it can be recalled that he was one of those who suggested the Irish fighter was up to no good while recovering from injury.
The United States Anti-Doping Agency recently revealed that The Notorious is expected to re-enter the UFC anti-doping program.
McGregor responds to Gaethje
McGregor monitored the fight between Gaethje and Poirier, to whom he lost twice in his last two fights.
While Gaethje went after his doping allegations, the Irish fighter went for the "true BMF" with a repost of a video clip of him.
He also wrote, "I KO him one shot. Guarantee it," after news of Gaethje's comments.
The two heated fighters have made their feelings known. UFC president Dana White should make his side known next about this potential fight.
