The worst is yet to come for troubled Grizzlies star Ja Morant, who was involved in a second gun-flashing incident on social media earlier last month.
ESPN senior NBA writer Brian Windhorst sat on Get Up, reporting a potential unprecedented verdict for Morant.

Referring to a statement by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver before Game 1 of the NBA Finals yesterday, Windhorst said that it was unusual working alongside the players' association on this matter.
Adam Silver says the NBA and Players Association has already decided on Ja Morant’s suspension, but said it would be unfair to announce it now during the NBA Finals.
Silver says expect Morant’s punishment to be announced shortly after the NBA Finals.

"Typically the players' association isn't there as the discipline is being decided on and dolled out. So this is a situation that is wide-ranging and quite frankly, the indication here is that this is going to be a significant suspension," the writer said.

Ja Morant Incident Unprecedented
Silver did not reveal the verdict yet at the press conference yesterday, but he mentioned that the ongoing investigation is nearly complete, and they have uncovered a lot of information.
He purposely did not bare the NBA and NBPA's decision, avoiding it from being a distraction in the ongoing NBA Finals.
Windhorst took this as a sign that the decision could cause a huge reaction from the public enough to distract them from basketball's biggest stage.
He also noted that the tone and tenor of the NBA's top brass indicate that the punishment will be something "we've never seen" before.
The Memphis Grizzlies organization already suspended the 23-year-old guard from all team activities immediately after the second gun incident.
