Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Coming Soon As Surface Pro 4 Gets $200 Discount on 8GB RAM & 256GB SSD Variant

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is rumored to get unleashed soon. The device is in the news again as the company is offering up to $200 discounts on Surface Pro 4.

The Redmond giant is currently offering huge discounts on various models of Surface Pro 4. Here is a low down on the discounts which are available right now. The model sporting the sixth-generation Core 3 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB SSD storage is now available with a pricing of $669 after a discount of $100. However, this model does not feature a Surface Pen stylus.

The Surface Pro 4 core i5 variant of is available now for $799 after a price cut of $200. The Core i7 model which features 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage is available for $1,299 after a discount of $200. The other Core i7 model of Surface Pro 4 which sports 256 GB of storage and 16 GB RAM is available for $1,499. It is usually available for $1,699. All of these models are available with Surface Pen stylus, as reported by Telegiz.

There is also a different discount for students. If you are a student then Microsoft is offering an additional discount of 10 percent on the current discounted pricing of Surface Pro 4 models through Microsoft Store.

This sale of the Surface Pro 4 is raising a suspicion that Microsoft is preparing its next hardware product launches. Until the end of the month, Microsoft is also offering Surface buyers a free $25 gift code, which is redeemable on apps and games purchased from the Windows Store, as reported by Neowin.

Rumors also claim that, Surface Pro 5 might be unveiled with Windows 10 Creators Update on April 11. It is expected to be featuring Intel Kaby Lake processors. Other speculations suggest that Microsoft may launch the Surface Pro 5 with AMD Ryzen processors which were unveiled recently. Other rumored specs of the hybrid device include 4K display, USB Type-C and a Surface Pen that can be charged wirelessly.
