Everybody is going nuts over Russell Westbrook and James Harden dispute over the MVP race, with the former making it to the record books with the 2nd most triple-doubles made in a single season, surpassing Wilt Chamberlain and the latter solidifying his star status with the Houston Rockets. Giannis Antetokounmpo is just making it to the internet with his vicious dunks and unfair athleticism for a 6-foot-11 guy who plays point guard.
Looking deeper into the highlight reel, the Milwaukee Bucks' young gun might be on his way for a surreal record that might be difficult for any other players to achieve. His team took notice of it and even posted it on their Twitter account @Bucks for others to see what the "Greek Freak" is doing silently.
Looking at the statistics of his team in ESPN, he 8th seed Milwaukee had the 23-year old Greek leading the team in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. The numbers aren't that eye-popping but leading the team at all departments is simply impressive.

Antetokounmpo's team-high 23.2 points per game ranks 17th in average points this season according to the NBA Stats as of today. Westbrook is leading the pack with his 31.9 points per game followed by Boston Celtics' Isaiah Thomas with 29.3 points per outing.

James Harden is leading the assists category with 11.2 dishes per game and also on top in cumulative number of assists this season with 741. Completing the top three is Washington Wizards' John Wall ranking second with 682 total assists, averaging 10.8 per game that's both good for runner-up position and Westbrook's 10.1 per game with 669 total for the third spot.
With his incredible length, the Bucks's 15th pick in 2013 is a nightmare for passing guards and slashing wingmen as the ball is not safe every time his long arms is around the place and his 1.8 steals per game is just a testament to it. That average is good for 9th overall for the department that is lead by Golden State Warriors' Draymond Green and his 2.1 swipes per game according to the NBA stats. Wall is sitting at the second spot with his 2 a game and Sixers' Robert Covington with 1.9 per game.
Combined with his length and tenacity on defense, Giannis is 6th in sending the shots back to its origin, norming 1.9 a game according to the NBA. Utah Jazz's Rudy Gobert is number one in blocked shots with 2.5 per game followed by New Orleans Pelicans' Anthony Davis' 2.3 per game. The playoffs is just a few weeks away and the stakes are getting higher. With heavier stipulation that comes at every game, all players are expected to put their best foot forward to bring their team to the next round.
And so is Giannis.
