"Game of Thrones Season 7" fans rejoice! The seventh season of the much-awaited series will premiere on July 7, 2016. The announcement was made by an ominous trailer that shows more than the premiere date. And from the looks of it, Westeros will be in serious danger.

The last season of the fantasy series ended with a lot of questions for Westeros. Daenerys finally has her army and will be looking to take back her kingdom from the Lannister. Cersei Targaryen finally vanquished her foes in one swift blow which makes her the undisputed ruler of Westeros. The two are bound to clash in "Game of Thrones Season 7" as they fight for their right to the kingdom. But a bigger threat is looming beyond the kingdom that only a handful are aware of.

The "Game of Thrones Season 7" trailer showcases this imminent threat that may be the cause of the destruction of the whole kingdom as reported by Cinema Blend. The trailer begins by showcasing the 5 family's sigil proudly displayed with character voiceovers that display their might. But as the snow begins to fall, the sigils suddenly crumble with Jon Snow reminding everyone the war that matter is the one that is coming down from north of the Wall.

Meanwhile Mashable reports that Jon's line "There is only one war that matters" is, in fact, a new line. The new line emphasizes the imminent White Walker invasion that only he is aware of. Daenerys and Cersei may have no kingdom left for them to fight for if the White Walkers aren't vanquished. "Game of Thrones Season 7" will be about two wars but the one that matters most is the one against Jon and the White Walkers.

Furthermore, the spiral pattern at the end of the trailer for "Game of Thrones Season 7" is also connected to the White Walkers. Looking back to season 3, Jon Snow has encountered the same spiral pattern when he discovers the bodies of dead men that were killed by the White Walkers. While the sign doesn't signify anything specific, its connection to the White Walkers is undeniable.
