The San Francisco 49ers could be one the most active teams in the coming free agency market. This is after 49ers general manager John Lynch made a statement that they will be aggressive during the free agency. Latest news is saying that they are already targeting to acquire Buffalo Bills QB Tyrod Taylor if ever negotiation with Colin Kaepernick will not prosper.

Colin Kaepernick just recently decided to opt out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers and test the free agency market. With that in mind, the 49ers should prepare for the worst if ever Kaepernick chooses not to return. And getting QB Tyrod Taylor could be a viable option for them.

According to ESPN, as the NFL free agency is approaching, one signal-caller that could be potentially available in the trade market is Tyrod Taylor from the Buffalo Bills. There is an insinuation that the Bills will release 27-year old QB from Virginia Tech after their dismal performance last season. And this could be an opportunity for the San Francisco 49ers to secure themselves on quarterback spot.

Tyrod Taylor is a viable option on the QB position for the San Francisco 49ers as he has played 15 games for the Buffalo Bills last season, throwing 3,023 yards with 17 touchdowns and 6 interceptions at a 61.7 percent completed passes. His stats is way better than Colin Kaepernick's stats last season and he could be a decent replacement for Kap.

On a separate report by Niners Wire, the San Francisco 49ers will do everything to address their quarterback dilemma and Tyrod Taylor could be the answer to them if ever the Buffalo Bills opt to release him. 49ers new general manager John Lynch and coach Kyle Shanahan could talk this over during this week annual NFL combine in Indianapolis.

Aside from the San Francisco 49ers, the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets are the two other teams that are showing interest in Tyrod Taylor. But aside from Taylor, the 49ers are also looking into Redskin's QB Kirk Cousin and even Patriots QB Jimmy Garoppolo as a trade target.

Will the San Francisco 49ers sign Buffalo Bills QB Tyrod Taylor and release Colin Kaepernick?
