LG G6 is expected to arrive at Mobile World Congress Event in Barcelona Spain. Enthusiasts should have a look what is being upgraded with respect to its predecessor LG G5 flagship.Many rumors have already popped-up on internet about its specifications and features. Also, few images were leaked online indicating how the phone might look like.

A detailed comparison is made between the Lg G6 and LG G5 flagships. LG G5 is compared with the rumored and leaked information of LG G6. LG has not made any official statements yet on this device. But, company has already sent its invites about its presence in the Mobile World Congress.

Design: The LG G6 is expected to sport a new screen technology known as QHD+ and it will have a screen resolution of 2,840 x 1,440 pixels. LG G6's newly leaked image once again confirmed that the device will sport a 5.7-inch display with an unusual 2:1 aspect ratio.

However, the leaked images did not reveal the bottom part of the phone yet. It is expected that the bottom bezel will only be slightly taller than the top bezel.

On the other hand, LG G5 sports a 5.3-inch display with standard Quad HD resolution having a pixel density of 554ppi. Also, the LG G5 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and has 70.1 percent of screen-to-body ratio.

Processor: LG G6 was earlier rumored that it will feature Snapdragon 835 processor, but now it is speculated that the phone will feature the Snapdragon 821 Quad-core 2350 MHz processor. On the other hand, LG G5 features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.

RAM and Storage: LG G6 is rumored to come with 6GB RAM coupled with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage options. LG G5 features 4GB Ram and 32GB of internal storage. As seen in the LG G5 flagship, it is rumored that LG G6 will also get the external microSD card slot for storage expansion.

Battery: As per Slash Gear report, LG G6 will not be featuring a removable battery as LG earlier insisted that removable batteries and waterproofing aren't mutually exclusive and the other reason might be the advanced heat management which LG has already announced earlier. This technique uses copper heat pipes to drive heat away from the processor and the battery. To implement it, the company might have had to ensure that the battery won't be removable in the first place.

On the other hand, LG G5 ditched water and dust resistance features along with the wireless charging support as it is rumored to be made available in the upcoming LG G6 Smartphone. LG G5 features a 2800mAh removable battery.

OS: LG G6 is expected to arrive wit the latest version of Android Nougat straight-out-of-the box. LG G5 was launched with Android Marshmallow and now it can be upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat.

Camera: The LG G6 is expected to have a dual 16 MP rear cameras with the sensor size of 12mm, geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama and HDR support. The secondary camera will also be of 12MP, as per GSM Arena.

The LG G5's dual rear camera is made up of a 16MP sensor and an 8MP wide-angle sensor. Laser autofocus and optical image stabilization are both on board and it is one of the phone's best attributes, delivering fantastic results.
