Airbnb also joins hands with other tech leaders and reacts to the Donald Trump's immigration ban put for the Muslims. The US President Trump's sweeping immigration ban order on Muslims is affecting a lot of refugees now within the country.

According to CNN, Brian Chesky, the CEO of Airbnb updated on Facebook that Airbnb will provide free housing to the refugees and any person who needs it and is got stuck because of Trump's executive order.

Trump's order has banned citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States for the next upcoming 90 days and also has suspended the admission of refugees for the next 120 days.

The countries which are included in the ban are Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, and Libya. Banned citizens include refugees as well as people who have their valid visas or permanent residence permits.

Yahoo reports that other tech leaders have also supported for these refugees and peoples who are affected by this decision made by Trump. The numbers include Mark Zuckerberg - CEO of Facebook, Sundar Pichai - CEO of Google, Zimmer and Green - Co-founder of Lyft, Travis Kalanick - CEO of Uber and many others. This shows that humanity is still alive in hearts of millions.

It is also reported that Airbnb has launched a support page where people willing to help others can list their homes. They have a heading called "help create a world where anyone can belong anywhere", Airbnb pledged to link the needy one with a provider. There is also an option to subsidize the cost of a listing if housing is not available for free of cost.

Airbnb is already known for its network of housing in over 191 countries and also to help any kind of victims of natural disasters such as wildfires in Chile or earthquakes in Italy, which was in recent times.

Justin Trudeau tweeted - "To those fleeing persecution, terror & war, Canadians will welcome you, regardless of your faith. Diversity is our strength #WelcomeToCanada". Similarly, Mehmet Simsek also tweeted over the incident - "#RefugeesWelcome in #Turkey, the world's largest refugee hosting country. We'd happily welcome global talent not allowed back into #USA."

Some other countries are also opening their wide hand to help the victims of immigration ban such as Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Mehmet Simsek.
