Samsung Chromebook Pro and Apple iPad Pro are indeed the best devices from their respective companies, but a true winner can be known when both the devices are compared head-to-head. The comparison is not a usual one; it is a battle between the devices of two best tech rivals.

The recently launched Chromebook Pro from Samsung at CES 2017 is loaded with tremendous specifications and features. The latest Samsung Chromebooks are hybrid computing devices that can function both as a laptop and as a tablet.

With Chromebooks' stylus support and ability to switch between different modes, it has the power to compete with the current ruling devices in the tech market like the Microsoft's Surface Pro 4 and Apple's iPad Pro.

Display: Samsung Chromebook Pro comes with a 12.3-inch display made with Gorilla Glass 3 which increases it's scratch and crack resistance. The display features a pixel resolution of 2400 x 1600 pixels and 234 ppi. On the other hand, Apple's device comes with a 12.9 inch or 9.7 inch Retina display that has a pixel resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels and 2048 x 1536 pixels respectively.

Processor: Samsung Chromebook Pro is equipped with an Intel Core m3-6Y30 processor (0.90 GHz up to 2.20 GHz) chip. Its processor is especially made for 2-in-1 devices and laptops. It also backs mobile work and plays without compromising visuals.

On the other hand, Apple iPad Pro is powered by a 64-bit A9X 2.26 GHz dual core processor which is the most powerful mobile chip Apple has ever made, and the company claims that it exceeds over 80 percent of portable PCs.

Storage: Samsung Chromebook Pro sports 4 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage and the Apple iPad Pro offers various storage options like 32 GB, 128 GB, and 256 GB.

Other features: Samsung Chromebook Pro features a Stylus Pen, touch screen display and boasts eight hours of battery life. Comparatively, iPad Pro features the Apple Pencil, a multi-touch display and 10 hours of battery life.

Price: Samsung Chromebook Pro has a price tag of $549 and Apple iPad Pro's price starts at $799 and Apple charges $109 extra for Apple Pencil.
