Samsung's innovative developments on foldable smartphones are gradually entering the tech market. A recent leak reveals the two new upcoming Samsung foldable smartphones called as Galaxy X1 and Galaxy X1 Plus. The leak also directs the OS version that will be fed inside the smartphones.

According to the leak from Chinese Social network Weibo, Android Soul report indicates that the leaked Samsung smartphone Galaxy X1 and Galaxy X1 Plus are reported to have model numbers SM-X9000 and SM-X9050 respectively. These two smartphones are under testing in China.

Based on the online leaks of the Samsung foldable Galaxy phones, the probable operating system to get into Galaxy X1 is Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and in the Galaxy X1 Plus, it is Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Apart from the foldable feature and OS hints, no other specifications and features were leaked.

Codenames don't reveal anything about the phone, but they do help identify the phone model when it's featured on benchmarking sites or receives certification for its features.

According to Korea IT News, Samsung Electronics is developing two types of foldable Smartphones that are totally special from each other, and this development will be part of its 'two-track strategy'.

It is reported that Samsung Electronics is developing 'dual-screen' Smartphone that uses flat display on each side and foldable Smartphone that bends single flexible OLED display.
