CM Punk's highly-anticipated UFC debut and a heavyweight title fight headline UFC 203 when it emanates live from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on Saturday night.

Punk quit the WWE in January 2014 before signing with the UFC that December, but he's had many difficulties making it into the Octagon. His most recent set-back was due to back surgery he had to undergo due to his year's of wear and tear he put on his body in the WWE ring.

Now, the "Best in the World," 37, is set to take on 24-year-old Mickey Gall in his first fight at UFC 203.

Though he's had many detractors and some struggles with training, Punk is confident entering his first fight. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion also said that even though he lacks the experience of his opponent, just entering the Octagon is a win in itself.

"If I step foot in the Octagon, I've already won," Punk said last week, according to The Score. "I'm doing something that a lot of people think that I couldn't do. At the end of the day, I don't want to walk in there and lose. I want to show up, I want to beat Mickey, I don't really give a s--t how I do it. A win's a win."

Saturday's card is headlined by a UFC heavyweight championship bout which will pit reigning title-holder Stipe Miocic against Alistair Overeem.

Miocic is very confident heading into the fight.

"It's business. I'm going to go out there and do my job," Miocic said via CBS Sports. "I've trained too hard to give up my title. Nothing has changed with my training except that I'm training harder than I ever have before."
