Saturday brings on a full slate of men's gymnastics at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
All the action starts at 9:30 a.m. ET with the men's qualifications subdivision 1 mixed group. The gymnastic events go on throughout the day, ending at 5:30 p.m. ET.
The competitions for the day include floor, pommel horse, vault, still ring, horizontal bars and parallel bars. Starting at 1:30 p.m. ET, the men's qualifications for Subdivision 2, which will include the same activities. At 5:30 p.m. ET, Subdivision 3 will get their chance to compete in the qualifications.
Team USA, which is part of Subdivision 2, has struggled with the pommel horse, but has confidence heading into the competition.
"On rings you're required to be very, very strong," said U.S. national team coordinator Kevin Mazeika following Wednesday's practice at the Rio Olympic Arena via the Chicago Tribune. "Your muscles can get really big, and they can get in the way a little bit on pommel horse. It can hinder you there on that event."
