Johnny Manziel isn't taking his father's concerns very seriously.

The former Browns quarterback's dad, Paul Manziel, recently shared how concerned he was for his "druggie" son, going so far as to say he hopes he ends up in jail so he can't use anymore.

Johnny Football has been partying through many different states and countries this offseason and was cut by the Browns back in March. The wayward former signal caller's latest stop is Cabo, where he posted a photo of himself standing on rocks, donning the jersey of his former teammate Josh Gordon.

In the photo's caption, he wrote a hashtag "#hiDad," apparently as a way to mock his father's comments.

The Manziel patriarch showed a lot of concern for his son and made some very harsh comments about him due to the former Browns player's struggles.

"I hate to say it, but I hope he goes to jail," Paul Manziel told ESPN. "I mean, that would be the best place for him."

He continued: "He's a druggie. It's not a secret that he's a druggie. There are two things that are going to happen: He's either going to die, or he's going to figure out that he needs help. But we've done everything that we can do."

The younger Manziel, 23, has had many issues staying away from the party scene and was also recently indicted by a Dallas jury for an alleged physical altercation with his ex-girlfriend, model Colleen Crowley.

The former quarterback was also recently sued for allegedly causing $32,000 worth of damage to a home he and his party friends rented for a two-day alcohol and drug-fueled binge in Los Angeles.

Johnny Manziel was cut by the Browns in March, had two agents dump him and recently had one of his lawyers leave him after accidentally leaking private information to the Associated Press detailing his client's issues with drugs and other things.

The former Heisman Trophy winner vowed to clean up his act, but thus far hasn't.

"I'm hoping to take care of the issues in front of me right now so I can focus on what I have to do if I want to play in 2016," Manziel said in a statement provided to USA Today Sports back in April. "I also continue to be thankful to those who really know me and support me."
