Things continue to go badly for Johnny Manziel.

The former Browns quarterback was involved in yet another vehicular incident -- this time being the victim of a hit and run.

Manziel filed a police report claiming that his car was hit by a driver who sped off in Dallas, according to TMZ Sports. The accident occurred on Monday and the former Heisman Trophy winner said he had a witness in his car and another impartial witness who can account for the whole story being true.

The embattled former NFL star was driving a Nissan GTR and there was plenty of damage to the driver's side, while the airbags were also deployed.

Manzie's representative, Denise Michaels, said that he hurt his head in the crash, but didn't suffer a concussion.

"Johnny told me his car was T-boned and the driver just rode away right after," Michaels said via TMZ Sports. "He reported it to police."

This is just the latest incident for Manziel, who already owes $90,000 to a rental car company for a separate vehicular incident. Manziel, who was cut by the Browns in March and dumped by his last two agents, has had a tumultuous few months.

Manziel, 23, has had rampant issues staying away from the party scene and was also recently indicted by a Dallas jury for an alleged physical altercation with his ex-girlfriend, model Colleen Crowley. He was released by the Browns in March.

He was also recently sued for allegedly causing $32,000 worth of damage to a home he and his party pals rented for a two-day alcohol and drug-fueled binge in Los Angeles.

Manziel previously released a statement where he vowed to get his life in order.

"I'm hoping to take care of the issues in front of me right now so I can focus on what I have to do if I want to play in 2016," Manziel said in a statement provided to USA Today Sports back in April. "I also continue to be thankful to those who really know me and support me."

Thus far, it's one bad thing after another for Johnny Football.
