The former face of TNA is about to go one-on-one with the past standard bearer of the WWE.
AJ Styles will sit down for a no holds barred interview with WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin on Monday immediately following this week's episode of "RAW."
There are plenty of things for these two legends to talk about, including Styles' past experiences wrestling elsewhere, his decision to join the WWE and his recent heel turn. "The Phenomenal One" is coming off of a victory over John Cena at Money in the Bank on Sunday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Styles wasn't booked to cleanly win his match with the "Cenation" leader as he had plenty of help from The Club. Still, Styles bragged about the victory afterward.
"I showed everyone that I was better than John Cena," Styles said on 'Fallout.' "I was the better wrestler, I was the better competitor. I was better at everything that I did. [It was] the greatest Money In The Bank pay-per-view in history, and the WWE Universe got to see AJ Styles beat John Cena. Now the New Era can begin!"
In regard to the New Era, Styles also took to Twitter and addressed the upcoming WWE Draft, which will take place on the July 19 episode of "SmackDown" and will air live that Tuesday night.
