D'Angelo Russell isn't sure if he and Nick Young can repair their friendship going forward.

The two Lakers stars reportedly had a huge rift after Russell's video of "Swaggy P" admitting to cheating on Iggy Azalea went viral. In the video, Young was unaware he was being filmed when he admitted to cheating on his Australian rapper fiancée with a 19-year-old girl.

The video leaked out, leading to Azalea getting very angry at her fiancé and reports of a potential breakup surfaced. That wasn't the only turmoil as Young was upset at Russell, and the 2015 No. 2 overall pick in the NBA Draft said he still isn't sure if they'll be able to repair their friendship going forward.

"I don't know," Russell told TMZ Sports. "Only time can tell, right?"

When asked about getting past their feud, Russell said, "squash what?" and acted aloof to the whole situation despite previously addressing it. Russell also said he was fine with Young, but couldn't say if the feeling was mutual.

"I'm cool," Russell said. "I can't speak for him."

Young and Azalea appeared to overcome their issues after the video, but the rapper kept her fiancé in the doghouse for quite some time. They were then seen out together having a good time, which led to speculation that they were overcoming the issues.

Azalea made it clear that she wasn't okay with what Young did behind her back, and even threatened bodily harm on him should he ever do it again. She then made a public request for her privacy, despite openly answering questions about the scandal.

Most recently, breakup rumors surrounded the couple as it's possible their wedding could be completely off after they previously pushed it back prior to the incident coming to light.

Though many outlets have reported on a potential rift between the two teammates, and Russell even appeared to address it, Metta World Peace said everything was overblown.

"It wasn't like that. It wasn't that bad ... I can't say exactly like what it was," the Lakers small forward said via Terez Owens. "We gave him a little talk, because nowadays, it's like the young players that's coming into sports, they're so immature these days. They make a lot of mistakes. So, you have to always be there to pick them up."

New coach Luke Walton is taking over quite the firestorm as not only did the Lakers set a franchise-worst record (17-65) for the third straight season, but there also appears to be drama among the players.
