Though politics are always a divisive issue, there is no loss of unity with the Bills despite head coach Rex Ryan backing polarizing Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump.

It should be no surprise that Ryan, who is known for getting himself into trouble with his own boisterous mouth and has said many outlandish things through the years, is backing the billionaire candidate. It's Primary day in New York, and there's no questioning where Ryan's loyalties lie.

Ryan introduced Trump at a New York rally on Monday night, praising the business mogul for saying what's on his mind and having the courage to share things other people won't.

Though many of his own players likely don't see eye-to-eye with their coach, there is no ill will felt toward him due to his political alignment.

"[Coach] is a grown man," defensive end Jarius Wynn told TMZ Sports. "If he wants to go see him and speak at his rally, that's fine with me. I don't see a problem with that. It's no big deal."

He continued: "[Ryan is] a great man and we respect him no matter what he does outside of football. At the end of the day, he's here to help us win games, so his views and who he votes for doesn't matter. We're here to play football."

Count Corey White among those who are unfazed by Ryan's public endorsement of Trump.

"[Ryan's speech is] entertainment to us for a couple days and then it'll be over," the cornerback said. "We've all got our strong views. It's just fun locker room talk. Honestly, we're just focused on beating the Patriots. We've still got coach's back 100 percent."

As White alluded to, politics won't matter once the Bills take the field against the Ravens to open up the season on Sept. 11. In its first season under Ryan, Buffalo finished 8-8 -- one game worse than 2015 -- and missed the playoffs for the 16th straight season.

When it comes to 2016, there is nothing divisive about the Bills goals. They must elect put an end to their playoff drought.
