It seems Derek Fisher is already on vacation after being fired from the Knicks, but the photographic proof has been deleted.
The New York basketball franchise opted to part ways with the coach on Monday, completing a one and a half season stint that saw him finish with a 40-96 record.
Matt Barnes Fight May Have Ended Derek Fisher's Coaching Career
In the early morning hours Thursday, Fisher's suspected girlfriend Gloria Govan posted a photo on Instagram of her and a group, which contained the former Knicks coach, at the airport arriving for their vacation.
Govan revealed it was her birthday celebration and she even shared the photo on Twitter, but the link to the snap on Instagram now comes up empty. The picture, however, can be viewed on TerezOwens.com.

Fisher's involvement with Govan is interesting because she's the ex-wife of Matt Barnes, who teamed with the now former Knicks coach on the Lakers. When Barnes first heard about the relationship, it led to a physical altercation between the two in October.
When the Grizzlies role player received word that Fisher was moving in on his ex-wife and was at her house, he stormed in on them and attacked his former teammate. Barnes, who has a history of domestic violence against his ex-wife, was suspended two games for the altercation.
It seems the incident didn't stop Fisher from seeing Govan, but the "Basketball Wives: LA" star deleting the photo is very curious. Fisher filed for divorce from his current wife, Candace, in March.
It looks like Fisher is bouncing back from his firing by going on vacation with his former teammate's ex-wife. A picture says a thousand words, and when it's deleted, the Internet has proven once again it lives forever.
