As the Broncos host the Steelers on Sunday, millions of Americans will harp back to Tim Tebow's epic playoff victory in 2011 and wonder what ever happened to the former NFL QB.
No worries, though. He found something better to do than consider an NFL return.
Brian Hoyer Should Never Start A Game Over Tim Tebow Again
Tebow -- well known for his charitable work -- announced that his foundation will host "Night to Shine," a special prom night for thousands of people with disabilities. More than 200 host churches in 48 states will provide a memorable night for 100,000-plus people.
"Every time I think about it, I'm so humbled and amazed by the way God has continued to grow Night to Shine," Tebow said, per People Magazine. "I can't wait for February 12th; it's my favorite night of the year."
"When I was 15 years old, I began to realize the importance of fighting for people who can't fight for themselves. As a foundation, we are so passionate about people with special needs, and this event is a great time to tell them how much they are loved by God and by all of us."
Johnny Manziel Didn't Deserve More Chances Than Tim Tebow
Tebow's "Night to Shine" will feature a red carpet that includes photographers, hair and makeup stations and karaoke.
What Tebow lacks in accuracy, he more than makes up with charity.
