With the departure of Tom Coughlin, it's the end of an era for the Giants. It should also be the end of Victor Cruz's tenure in New York.

The Giants WR is just one of the many players the front office should consider severing ties with in 2016. Below is a complete list of players that should be out the door at MetLife Stadium.

Odell Beckham's Look Is Leading To Gay Bashing

Victor Cruz

Cruz suffered a calf injury in the summer that required surgery and sidelined him for the entire season. It was the second consecutive season he suffered a season-ending injury, having seen ligaments tear in his right knee in 2014.

Two seasons and six appearances, that's his worth. Hardly the kind of durability you want to keep paying for.

Worst Calls In The NFL This Season

Fortunately for the Giants, there's a way out. Three years and $24 million remain on his contract -- only $9.9 million are due in 2016, with $3.8 million guaranteed. New York would save $6.1 million against the cap if Cruz was released.

Not the toughest decision to make.

Jon Beason

Jon Beason will have surgery on his left knee this offseason. The LB's missed 51 games over the past five seasons and finished on injured reserve for a second consecutive year.

Should Beason decide not to retire -- which he is considering, per NJ.com -- the Giants would save over $1 million against the cap if they released him.

Geoff Schwartz

Like Beason, Geoff Schwartz has struggled to stay healthy.

After being acquired in 2014, the offensive lineman missed 19 games because of foot and ankle problems. He suffered a broken leg against Washington in Week 12, in what should be his final action as a member of the Giants.
