MLS’ twentieth-something club unveiled its logo and colors inside Union Station in downtown Los Angeles. In a league where so many clubs miss opportunities -- just ask a stadium-less NYCFC -- LAFC passed their first test with flying colors.
Black-and-gold colors to be exact.

Ferrell joins a laundry list of LAFC co-owners that includes Mia Hamm, Magic Johnson Nomar Garciaparra and Tony Robbins. Brandon Beck -- the co-founder of Riot Games -- was also announced, but no one seemed to care.
Thursday was all about Ferrell and what he can bring to MLS.
