So, you survived your playoff round in Week 15. Congratulations. For those still fortunate to have something to play for, each fantasy point on Sunday carries more importance than your next meal.
Don't let it waste on your bench because you took a desperate gamble.
Cam Newton Should Pray Tom Brady Wins NFL MVP
Below are three players you should avoid on Sunday.
Alshon Jeffery, WR, Bears
Some hamstrings just weren't built for championship football, especially Alshon Jeffery's.
The Bears WR is expected to miss Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. This will be the sixth absence of the season for Jeffery, who is in a contract year.
Steven Jackson, RB, Patriots
Unlike Jeffrey, Steven Jackson is expected to feature on Sunday, but these are the Patriots. Expect the newly acquired RB to be eased into the system, limiting his touches.
After being signed just this week, #Patriots will have RB Steven Jackson active today, source said. Will see if he can fill the Blount role

The matchup doesn't bode well for Jackson, either.
Only the Broncos (79.9) are allowing less rushing yards per game than the Jets (82.8) this season.
Brandon LaFell, WR, Patriots
Staying in New England, Brandon LaFell (foot) is also expected to play on Sunday. Just don't expect much from the Patriots WR.
Patriots WR Brandon LaFell (foot) and TE Scott Chandler (knee), both questionable, are both expected to play today vs Jets, per source.

LaFell made only two catches for 25 yards in his last performance against the Jets. With Julian Edelman (foot) and Danny Amendola (knee) sidelined for another week, his likely cover in Week 16 will be Darrelle Revis.
Don't gamble on his trip to the island.
