The best way to cash on weekly fantasy football sites is to load up on as many stars with good matchups as possible. Due to budget restraints, however, fantasy players must sacrifice other positions to nab the stars they want.

Here, you'll find the top bargains at each position on Draft Kings that will let you splurge elsewhere.

Top Waiver Wire Pickups For Week 13

Quarterbacks

1. Brock Osweiler, Broncos ($5,200): Osweiler has thrown for 250-plus yards in each of his first two games, and this week he’s up against the 28th-ranked pass defense in the NFL (Chargers). Osweiler’s Sunday night performance could’ve been much better if Demaryius Thomas didn’t drop 1,000 passes, and Thomas should rebound nicely. Expect a 300-yard outing.

2. Jay Cutler, Bears ($5,100): Cutler’s put up at least 200 yards in each of the last two weeks against solid defenses (Denver, Green Bay), and against a weakened St. Louis defense three weeks ago he took apart the Rams for 258 yards and three touchdowns. San Francisco has the NFL’s second-worst pass defense per FootballOutsiders.com.

3. Matt Schaub, Ravens ($5,000): Schaub is no longer a good quarterback, but he can very easily be a fantasy-relevant one. On Monday night Schaub put up 232 yards and two touchdowns. This week, he faces a Miami defense that just surrendered four touchdown passes to Ryan Fitzpatrick. For this low of a price, take the 240-250 and hope for two or three touchdowns. The rest of your team will be loaded.

Running Backs

1.Jeremy Hill, Bengals ($4,800): This season Hill owners have learned his patterns. He’s safe to play against weak run defenses because the Bengals trust him with goal line touches. Against tougher matchups, Gio Bernard is their guy because he’s more shifty and a better pass-catcher. The Browns are not a difficult matchup. Expect Hill to bulldoze them and find the end zone at least once for an RB2 price.

2. T.J. Yeldon, Jaguars ($4,800): Yeldon hasn’t put up big numbers too often this season but he is Jacksoville’s workhorse, and an underrated pass-catcher out of the backfield. Tennessee hasn’t had a great time stopping opposing rushers this season, and the Jaguars are somehow still in the AFC South division title chase. Expect Yeldon to get a ton of work.

3. C.J. Anderson, Broncos ($3,500): Anderson’s performance Sunday night vs. the Patriots was an eye-opening reminder of why many fantasy owners were drafting him in the first round this preseason, but don’t be fooled. He won’t suddenly be a workhorse while Ronnie Hillman watches forlornly from the sideline. That said, against San Diego’s putrid run defense both Anderson and Hillman will get work and both will produce. Anderson is just $1,000 cheaper.

Wide Receivers

1. Danny Amendola, Patriots ($4,700): Amendola is expected to return this week, providing a major boost to the Patriots’ passing offense. Amendola is the clear No. 1 without Julian Edelman, and if Rob Gronkowski misses time as expected, don’t be shocked if Amendola sees 20 targets. Even better – Philadelphia ranks dead last against opposing No. 1 receivers.

2. Markus Wheaton, Steelers ($3,600): Wheaton’s 201-yard game vs. the Seahawks is a mirage, but he has an excellent chance to produce this week vs. the Colts, who rank 30th in the NFL vs. slot receivers, and inside the Top-10 against No. 1 and No. 2 receivers. Perhaps Martavis Bryant is the one to do damage this week, but a flyer on Wheaton at $3,600 with that kind of statistic backing you up is tasty.

3. Jerricho Cotchery, Panthers ($3,200): Cotcher is not sexy, but he’s cheap as hell, and he’s seen six targets in each of the last two weeks from Cam Newton. Cotchery is a player Newton trusts in the red zone, and he’s up against New Orleans’ pathetic, 32nd-ranked pass defense.

Tight End

1. Scott Chandler, Patriots ($2,500): Rob Gronkowski is not expected to play this week, so Chandler will become a TE1. That’s right, with Brady leading the way, and the pickings slim in that passing game, Chandler should see plenty of work. Brady already likes throwing his way in the red zone occasionally even when Gronk is on the field.

2. Zach Miller, Bears ($3,100): Miller has scored three times in the last three weeks, and gotten at least five targets in each tilt. Even if Martellus Bennett returns to action, Miller and Cutler have developed a nice rapport, and the 49ers have struggle to contain opposing tight ends.

3. Luke Willson, Seahawks ($2,500): Jimmy Graham is out for the season, opening the door for Willson to take the lead as Seattle’s top TE. Willson’s shown flashes before, but he’s never been given a chance to shine. This may be the week, especially vs. the Vikings, who are just 28th in the NFL against TEs.
