The Lakers finally got into the win column Friday, though the team they defeated was hardly considered one of the top dogs for the 2015-16 NBA season. Just the same a win is a win and the Lakers finally tasted victory over the Nets, 104-98.
Kobe Bryant finally made some headway by dropping 18 points, his best so far for the Lakers this season. And as expected, his future plans were once again touchedon, to which Bryant really didn’t offer any striking changes on what he plans for after his contract expires at the end of this season.
Nick Young Still Has Not Made An Assist On A Kobe Bryant Basket
"I'm not playing anywhere else, no matter what," Bryant said in a post-game interview after their first win of the season. "It's just not going to happen. I bleed purple and gold, and that's just how it's going to be"
Apparently that statement coming from former head coach Phil Jackson is still lingering in the air and as before, Bryant is not at all disturbed by it. In fact, he advises the media that Jackson is just doing what he does best – baiting.

"That's Phil baiting you [members of the media] like he always does," the five-time NBA champion said. "He's a master at it."
Bryant and the Lakers will face Jackson’s Knicks next at the Madison Square Garden on Sunday, hoping to make it back-to-back against the Carmelo Anthony-led franchise.
As far as Bryant is concerned, all that ranting about his future plans is expected to go on. Bryant can opt to retire, but as he said before, it all depends on how he does in the current season.
If ever he does sign up to continue playing, the only thing certain is that it will only be for one team – the Lakers.
