While Jay Cutler is doling out cash to go to therapy with his wife, perhaps he should keep his wallet open to help out his fantasy owners.

Amid the constant roller coaster that is Cutler as a fantasy player, his owners will most certainly need a shrink. Cutler's wife, television personality and actress Kristin Cavallari, revealed that she and her hubby use therapy to solve their problems as a couple.

Jay Cutler Wouldn't Trade Matt Forte For Adrian Peterson

"I'm not ashamed to say that Jay and I consistently go to therapy, because it's been extremely beneficial for our relationship," Cavallari told American Baby magazine (according to TMZ). "When you're fighting you should never place blame on your partner by saying, 'you do this' or 'you do that.' You should say how those actions make you feel. It goes a long way."

As they say, happy wife, happy life. But what about throwing a bone toward your fantasy owners, Jay?

5 Mind-Blowing Facts About Tim Tebow's New Squeeze

Through the first two games of the season, the good Cutler threw one touchdown in each, while the bad signal caller also had a pick in both contests. His up-and-down nature of play led to some questions over whether or not the quarterback should be Chicago's starter next season, but his improvement in play over the last few weeks has curtailed some of the chatter.

Cutler, who is under contract until 2020, has gotten comfortable under new offensive coordinator Adam Gase and had his first turnover-free game of the season Sunday against the Vikings, albeit in a loss. The former Pro Bowler threw for 211 yards and a touchdown in the 23-20 defeat.

Still, Cutler's inconsistency this season has been maddening and has made some of his fantasy owners lose faith in him, that is until the good quarterback shows up and gives them a sliver of hope. To be fair, he's been under center for an injury riddled team and has had a weak offensive line protecting him, which helps explain the Bears' 2-5 record.

Cutler has completed 61.8 percent of his passes for 1,442 yards while throwing for eight touchdowns compared to four interceptions.

The Bears quarterback hasn't set the world on fire as far as passing touchdowns per game go, but he has been serviceable as of late. While Cutler and Cavallari, who is pregnant with the couple's third child, patch things up in therapy, the signal caller will look to continue improving Sunday against the Chargers.
