Your fantasy team faces a serious dilemma in Week 9. Fortunately, Marcus Mariota will be available to solve it.

Marcus Mariota The Next Vince Young

The Titans QB will officially start Mike Mularkey first game as Titans' interim head coach on Sunday, per Adam Schefter. Despite coming off injury (knee) and playing for a new head coach, he's still a better option for your fantasy team than Andrew Luck.

The former No. 1-overall pick has the most unfavorable matchup on Sunday. The Broncos visit Indianapolis, looking to avenge last season's playoff loss. Adding to your nightmare is the mortal performance Aaron Rodgers put forth against the Broncos in Week 8.

Andrew Luck Would've Been Happier In Carolina

The Packers QB finished 14-of-22 for just 77 yards and zero TDs.

Luck hasn't shown signs he'll play any better, completing just 54.9 percent of his passes for 1,629 yards, 13 TDs and 12 INTs.

Even the likes of Joe Flacco would be a safer option under center, but the Ravens are on a much-needed bye week.

Enter Mariota, if for no other reason than his matchup.

The Titans have the honor of visiting the home of New Orleans in Week 9. Eli Manning eviscerated the Saints defense just a week prior, tossing 350 yards and six TDs.

Even if Mariota could only muster half of that performance, it's a safer bet than what Luck can produce against the NFL's top passing defense.
