Anderson Silva is still serving out his suspension after testing positive for banned substances leading to his fight with Nick Dias at UFC 183, but it looks like he may have hinted on what 2016 holds for him.

To recall a bit, Silva was suspended and fined his full $200,000 win bonus plus 30% of his $600,000 show money for the debacle. Aside from that, his supposed comeback win over Nick Diaz was overturned and ruled as a no contest.

Silva repeatedly denied he was aware of the drostanolone and androstane, alleging that a tainted sexual enhancing supplement were to be blamed for the findings.

With plenty of time to spare, Silva was on hand at an MMA event in Dagestan recently. Silva was interviewed that on UFC Fight Pass and this was where the Spider sent feelers that he could be possibly returning to the Octagon in April and that his possible opponent would be Michael Bisping.

"I don't remember the name but I think it's Michael Bisping. I think, I don't know. Maybe," said Silva in the interview.

Aside from naming his possible opponent, Silva adds that the said event would be held at the 42,000-seat Arena da Baixada stadium in Curitiba, Brazil.

The Spider also bared other cards for the planned event. Fabricio Werdum will be reportedly around to defend his title against Cain Velasquez, a rematch that has long been in the air.

All of Silva’s claims however have yet to be officially confirmed by the UFC.

It remains to be seen if there is any truth on whether Silva will be facing the count next year. The only thing sure however for now is that Bisping will be facing Robert Whittaker at UFC 193 set for Nov. 14 in Australia.

So before looking ahead in 2016, Bisping would have to come out with a win over Whittaker first and then perhaps that possible tiff could materialize.

For his part, below is Bisping’s response to the claims of Silva via Instagram.

First I've heard. Just leave the viagra out of it and I'm in.
