Top 5 WR Sleepers Outside Top 100

Must Owns

T.J. Yeldon, RB (ADP: 60): T.J. Yeldon is a promising rookie who will remind some of Eddie Lacy (Packers) and others of Trent Richardson (Raiders). The former would be delightful with an ADP of 60, but if he winds up like Richardson there’s no ADP that’s not a waste. Jacksonville’s offensive line is nothing to write home about, and even though the receiving corps is solid, defenses will be focused on stopping Yeldon.
On the plus side, he has job security, and should come close to double-digit touchdowns. RB2 is fine.

Allen Robinson, WR (ADP: 84): I guess Robinson is the Jags’ top receiver. I am surprised that Marqise Lee hasn’t taken this spot over, but Robinson showed promise in 2014, especially in PPR leagues. QB is a concern, but as a low-end WR2 or a FLEX you could do a lot worse.

5 Sleepers Outside The Top 36 RBs

Julius Thomas, TE (ADP: 73): Thomas has become a hell of a steal. He’s obviously downgraded his situation going from Peyton Manning to Blake Bortles, but Jacksonville’s receiving corps is underrated, and in the red zone Thomas can catch anything. Thomas has caught 12 touchdown passes in back-to-back seasons, and that will continue even if his receptions fall.

Sleepers (Best Format)

Denard Robinson, RB, PPR (ADP: 220): Robinson was productive in the starting role, but Yeldon’s arrival nixes that. Robinson is a true home run threat though, and it’s hard to imagine the Jaguars not figuring out ways to get the ball in his hands. I expect Robinson to become a usable FLEX by mid-season.

Deep Finds (Best Format)

Marqise Lee, WR, PPR (ADP: 310): The talent gap between Robinson and Lee isn’t that vast, so I think Lee is being unjustly ignored by fantasy owners. He was a major player at USC, but he had some drop issues that hurt his stock, and in his rookie year he was bitten by the injury bug. It’s way too early to be this down on him.

Allen Hurns, WR, Standard (ADP: 323): Hurns might not have been a fluke. While he was an undrafted free agent, he played at Miami, which means there’s talent there. He’s a tall receiver, and he proved he could make plays on the ball in the air. If Lee struggles, it’ll be more because Hurns is also playing well as opposed to a lack of talent.
