After last week's edition of the show, which focused on Paige having some drama with The Bella Twins, things now shift toward Daniel Bryan's injury.
Bryan has been sidelined since shortly after WrestleMania for the second straight year with a suspected career-threatening concussion and neck injury, and in this week's installment of the reality show, Nikki shows some concern.
This week, Nikki isn't convinced that her sister Brie is taking the ailment seriously enough as it is the second consecutive year that Bryan has dealt with an ailment that could alter or end his career.
This season has focused on Brie and Bryan trying to have kids while Nikki has also recently revealed that she wants to marry her boyfriend John Cena and move in with him.
Nikki has also voiced some concern that her life is passing her by too quickly without marriage or children.
As for Natalya, the issues with her sister aren't the first time her family drama has been under the spotlight as earlier this season she dealt with the fear that her father, former WWE Superstar Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, was going to relapse.
A season of crazy storylines and dramatic twists continues when WWE Total Divas hits the airwaves tonight.
