Two teams in the Western Conference of MLS will do battle today in a match between the FC Dallas and the Houston Dynamo. FC Dallas defender Zach Loyd (via MLS): "We've been on the road for five weeks. It is not fun. It's not fun being on the road that long. Our record shows in the last five weeks that it has been a struggle. It has been emotional for us."
Houston Dynamo manager Owen Coyle: "You always want your best players available and we have a very good team even without four starters, four quality players, but at the end of the day you can never foretell what would happen if they were on the team or not. Ultimately when it's all said and done, the decisions are still going to be the same. Regardless of who you have, it's always difficult."
The Player to Watch
Michael Barrios is still struggling to acclimate to life in MLS. The 24-year-old is yet to open his club account and is averaging less than one shot (0.9), one key pass (0.3) and one take-on (0.2) per match.
