Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib and his brother Yaqub are currently under investigation from the Dallas PD, after reports they committed aggravated assault at a local nightclub in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
A firearm was also discharged at the scene -- Club Luxx on Pearl Street in downtown Dallas -- though authorities do not know at this time who is responsible for that.

The Broncos were quick to let the media know that they were aware of the situation, and were monitoring it accordingly. "We have been in touch with Aqib regarding these reports," team spokesman Patrick Smyth told USA TODAY Sports.
WFAA TV reporter Rebecca Lopez was first to the story.

Should Talib face any repercussions, be they from the legal system or the league office, that would be a big blow for the Broncos. Talib was the team's best cornerback in 2014, recording 54 solo tackles, four interceptions, and a forced fumble for Denver.
