Jackson is serving as a special instructor for the White Sox, and he took the opportunity to give the Lil LaRoche a rundown of his massive accomplishments.

As diehard sports fans should know, Jackson was one of the great dual sports athletes of all time, being the only player to ever make Pro Bowl and the MLB All Star Game. He rushed for 950 yards for the Raiders and hit 32 home runs for the Kansas City Royals in 1989 alone.

The video below is hilarious for how matter-of-factly Jackson recounts his accomplishments, almost like he’s reading items off of a shopping list. The young ball player is tepidly intrigued, offering up “That’s pretty awesome” at the conclusion of Bo’s monologue.

“So I’ve been there, a little bit,” Jackson replied. That you have, Bo. That you have.
