Goran Dragic is now a guard for the Miami Heat, and the Suns received a healthy return on the trade, including two future first round picks.

Suns general manager Ryan McDonough, however, is not pleased with how this all played out.

Multiple executives within the Phoenix front office openly criticized Dragic personally on Friday, calling the 28-year-old point guard "selfish," and saying they'd be better of with newly acquired Bucks PG Brandon Knight.

McDonough also blasted Dragic for telling reporters that he "didn't trust" the organization, calling those accusations “unfair and unwarranted," per the Arizona Republic.

"We feel like we got the best player in the trade, coming or going," McDonough added, referring to Knight.

"Every move we make is with the goal of getting the Phoenix Suns to a championship level. Sometimes, players view that as a good thing. I think they usually do. The good ones do. But, sometimes, players get a little selfish and are more worried about I, me and my than us, our and we."

Dragic averaged 12.3 points, 4.5 assists, and 2.6 rebounds a game in 6 seasons with Phoenix, covering two different stints. He had a breakout season in 2013-14, scoring 20.3 points and dishing out 5.9 assists a game.
