Today at 12:30 p.m. ET, the New York Rangers (25-13-4, 54 points) and Pittsburgh Penguins (26-11-6, 58 points) take the ice for the fourth and final meeting between the two this season live from the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh. New York has lost two out of three games but comes into play off of a big win as it closes out a three-match road trip while Pittsburgh has won two of its last three, but is entering off of a loss.

The Penguins sit in second place in the Metropolitan Division while the Rangers are in fourth place in the division, but own the top wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference.

New York has taken two of three games from Pittsburgh this season, including the last meeting between the two by a 4-3 victory in overtime on Dec. 8.

The Rangers are coming in off of a 2-1 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday.

Rick Nash leads New York with 41 points and enters play tied for second in the NHL with 26 goals. Martin St. Louis (14 goals, 19 assists) and Derick Brassard (11 tallies, 22 helpers) are tied for second on the Rangers with 33 points.

The Penguins are coming in off of a tough 6-3 loss to the divison-leading New York Islanders on Friday.

Evgeni Malkin and captain Sidney Crosby have paced Pittsburgh with 50 points apiece, which ties them for second in the league. Malkin has a team-best 19 goals while Crosby is tied for the NHL lead with 36 assists. Kris Letang is second on Pittsburgh with 30 points off of nine markers and 21 helpers.

In net, Pittsburgh turns to Marc-Andre Fleury, who is 22-8-4 with a 2.24 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage while ranking first in the NHL with six shutouts.

New York counters with Henrik Lundqvist and he is 21-9-3 with a 2.27 GAA and a .919 save percentage this year while being tied for second in the league with five shutouts.
